We maintain a curated directory of licensed, local service providers across Kentucky, covering emergency plumbing, HVAC repair, pest control, roofing, and more. How We Vet Providers
Before a contractor joins our referral network, we verify that they hold the appropriate Kentucky state licenses for their trade. Plumbing contractors must hold valid state plumbing licenses. HVAC technicians must hold EPA 608 certification and appropriate state credentials. Pest control applicators must be licensed by the Kentucky Department of Agriculture. Roofing contractors must carry verifiable general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
Licensing and insurance requirements change, and we perform periodic re-verification of our network providers. However, we encourage all homeowners to independently confirm any contractor's credentials through the appropriate Kentucky state licensing portal before authorizing work.
